Hundreds of pet owners around Metro Detroit joined in on the fun for “Love Your Pet Day,” submitting their favorite photos to MIPics.
The holiday was Friday, and we asked you to send us pictures of your pets to celebrate. As always, our viewers came through!

How to submit a photo
Not sure how to post a picture to MIPics? Don’t worry, it’s easy. I promise.
First, click the big bold link above. That will take you to the MIPics page.
Scroll down a little bit and you’ll see the orange “Upload” button on the right. That’s where you “choose a file” and enter your caption.
If you get the sign-up popup, that’s because you have to be logged in to Insider to upload a photo. But this only takes a few seconds! Click “create an account” and the only thing you have to fill in is your email, username, and a password. That’s it.
