Job Summary

  • We are looking for a data-proven Digital Marketing Manager able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution across a variation of channels.
  • Must be capable of building out a team that will work with internal teams and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget.
  • Highly skilled and seasoned in Google AdWords, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, email marketing, landing pages, A/B multivariate testing and sales funnel development.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing channels including (but not limited to) SEM, LinkedIn and Facebook Ads, Email marketing and landing pages 
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence 
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) 
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights 
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies with our internal team 
  • Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests 
  • Build well-thought out funnels and capture points at every level of the funnel 
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points 
  • Build Google Analytics custom events to track all user interactions 
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners 
  • Evaluate emerging technologies; Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Qualifications and Skills

  • BS/MS degree in Marketing or a related field 
  • Proven data driven results from past work experience 
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEM, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns 
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels 
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments 
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns 
  • Expert knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager 
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate 
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas) 
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript development and constraints 
  • Working SEO knowledge 
  • Entrepreneurial spirit ready to tackle the unexpected
