Jerome "The Bus" Bettis is one of the stars of Super Bowl week, but football isn't the only thing the Steelers running back is known for. Bettis, whose leadership on the field has helped his team earn a place in the Super Bowl, has been living with asthma for nearly 20 years.

In 1997, during a game, he suffered a major asthma attack calling it one of the scariest moments of his life.
Since then, he's teamed with the American Lung Association and GlaxoSmithKline for an educational campaign to help motivate the approximately 20 million Americans who have asthma.
