DETROIT – Canadian Pacific recruiters will be in Detroit this week to fill conductor positions based in North and South Dakota.
CP is in the midst of responding to growing shipping needs of customers, which means actively ramping up resources across its network. As part of this approach, CP recruiters will be holding hiring sessions in Detroit talking with people who enjoy working outdoors, meet qualifications and want a rewarding railroad career.

The sessions will be held from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 31, at the MGM Grand -- 1777 Third Street.
Canadian Pacific operates a North American transcontinental railway providing freight transportation services, logistics solutions and supply chain expertise. It operates in 13 U.S. states and six Canadian provinces. In 2011, the company said it was on target to hire about 1,750 people across our network, including hundreds of conductors.
