?A bit nervous, I found this thing in the bathroom,? said waitress Barbara Azdolli, who found the device.

Adzolli picked up the object to take it to the dumpster when co-workers realized the object was a real threat.

?It was black; all wrapped in thin black electric tape, about the size of a mug, maybe a 20 ounce. It had a black wire and a red wire on the side of it with the little gold tab. Then my manager said that?s a bomb, it has a detonator on it,? said Azdolli.

According to witnesses, the restaurant was evacuated after the object was found. The threat also forced nearby businesses to shut down.

?It?s a quiet place. I don?t understand what would make someone want to do that. Doesn?t make sense, all this inconvenience for what? Hopefully it?s not real, but if it?s a game someone should pay the price,? said customer Nick Milanovich.

It?s not clear where the device came from.

An investigation is under way.
