Complaint had accused trio of planning to expand service
DETROIT – The case against three Michigan men charged with arranging sexual meetings online and in person for cash has been dismissed.
Local 4 obtained the report last October against David Kilvington, Steven Thompson and Mark Leblanc. The complaint had alleged the men took woman to public places in metro Detroit -- such as bowling alleys and clubs -- so they could meet men before going to hotels. The complaint stated the men called their meetings "Who's Who Rendezvous" and the girls had names like "Wicked Kittie" and "Sexy Cassie."
Also included in the complaint was a statement from the mother of a 17-year-old escort. The mother said her daughter was promised money and given drugs in exchange for sexual services.
The men planned to expand the service to places such as Toledo, Kalamazoo and Fort Wayne, Ind., the complaint stated.
But according to court records, a motion was filed -- and granted -- to dismiss the case on Dec. 27, 2011.
