Tesco Diets Says Women Dieters Should Start Plan On Weekend
A study says women who start their diets on a Tuesday are setting themselves up to fail.
According to research done by Tesco Diets, women who start their diets on a Sunday or Monday were more likely to lose weight. Those who started on a Tuesday were more likely to lose their drive and actually gain more weight.

The Daily Mail quoted a spokeswoman for Tesco Diets explaining why it mattered which days diets were started on.
"Psychologically, dieters are more motivated to continue if they start afresh at the beginning of the week," the spokeswoman said.
The study was done with 200 Brits who has been on a diet in the last year, and found that those who started their diets on a weekend had a more clear weight-loss goal and the motivation to accomplish it.
