3 Men Charged In Madison Hts. Attempted Bank Robbery
Police: Family Services Credit Union Employee Held At Gunpoint
MADISON HEIGHTS, Mich. – Three men arrested last week on accusations they robbed a credit union in Madison Heights have been charged.
Madison Heights police said the three men -- Cordell Moore, Martez Moore and Kenneth Lockhart -- forced a Family Services Credit Union employee at gunpoint last Thursday into the building on 14 Mile Road and tried to get her to open the vault. When she didn't, they fled and were arrested a short time later, police said.

Charged are 28-year-old Oak Park resident Cordell Keith Moore, 18-year-old Toledo, Ohio, resident Martez Moore and 31-year-old Detroit resident Kenneth Lockhart. They are all charged with bank robbery. Cordell Moore is additionally charged with possession of a firearm in the commission of a felony and armed robbery. Martez Moore is also charged with armed robbery, felonious assault and possession of a fire.
