Police: Intoxicated men fired off shotgun in mobile home park

FRENCHTOWN TOWNSHIP, Mich. – Michigan State Police said two men are accused of being intoxicated and firing off a shotgun Tuesday night in Frenchtown Township.

In a release, police said the incident happened at the Elizabeth Woods mobile home park when the men confronted two women at a home. No one was hurt, but police said one of the men has a protection order against him from one of the women.

The men were arrested and police said they registered a 0.18 and 0.22 on blood alcohol tests.

The men, one from Monroe and the other from South Rockwood, are being held on charges of reckless discharge of a firearm, felonious assault, possession of a firearm while intoxicated, possession of a dangerous weapon and stalking.
