Police say man smashed through restaurant's glass doors, stole money
NEW BALTIMORE, Mich. – After releasing surveillance video of a man smashing through a restaurant's glass door, New Baltimore police have arrested the suspect.
Police said the 21-year-old man smashed through the glass doors and climbed into the Country Inn restaurant. He stole an undisclosed amount of money from the restaurant.
A surveillance camera captured a still image video of the suspect inside the Country Inn.
Police said they received several tips from citizens who saw the picture on air and identified the man.
They arrested him Wednesday in Chesterfield Township. He will be arraigned on charges of breaking and entering on Thursday.
