For many, this means installing it themselves. We do everything we can to offer expertise and work within our customers' schedule. Most often, we are able to deliver product from a store's inventory, but in some instances, we may be required to ship items from our main warehouse to complete orders.

Our invoice recommends that customers book installations after receipt of the product to avoid any inconvenience. This is very important. All delivery dates are estimates, but every effort is made to fill orders in a timely fashion. We regret to hear about the Hains' situation. The store notified them on February 6th that the expected delivery date would be near the end of February.
In an effort to assist the Hains, the store manager granted them a discount of $.25 per sq ft and FREE shipping with inside delivery, a value of more than $570. We know this doesn't change the situation, but we are doing everything we can to help."
