My name is Dave Davis, a Level 2 Titleist Performance Golf Fitness Instructor.
In the upcoming weeks, I will be providing you with golf fitness and nutrition tips for the upcoming golf season.
By following these tips as well as Bob's tips on swing mechanics, you can expect to see more power, distance and consistency. I will provide tips that will help you to eliminate the most common swing faults experienced by many golfers.
Last, but not least, I will also provide you with nutrition tips on hydration and energy enhancing foods that will carry you through a long round golf.
