ORANGE COUNTY, Calif. – A California couple has set up a web cam to livestream the comings and goings of a hummingbird that makes its nest in their yard every year.
They call her Phoebe.
She is a Channel Island Allen hummingbird.
She has been laying 4 to 5 clutches each year for several years.
