37-year-old killed in Sterling Heights crash

STERLING HEIGHTS, Mich. – A 37-year-old man is dead after an early morning collision in Sterling Heights.

According to police, a Cadillac, driven by a 16-year-old, was traveling northbound on Mound Road when he collided into a 37-year-old in a Pontiac, who was driving westbound on Metro Parkway.

The 37-year-old was taken to Henry Ford Macomb Hospital where he was pronounced dead. Police have identified him as Sabhan Razoki.

The 16-year-old was taken to Troy Beaumont, but only had minor injuries.

Alcohol does not appear to be a factor in the crash, but a preliminary investigation shows one of the drivers ignored a red light.

Anyone with information about the accident is asked to call police.
