DETROIT – Police in Massachusetts have busted a man for flashing women at stores in the Boston area.
Now, police in Metro Detroit want to know if that man, John Coppinger, is the man so many have reported flashing women at stores back in southeast Michigan.
He has been called the pantyhose flasher for his unique, exposing outfit. Coppinger fits the description and was reported being seen at similar shops such as salons and boutiques.
Police have received reports during an eight-month period from stores in Rochester Hills, Utica, Bloomfield Township, West Bloomfield, Auburn Hills, Canton Township and Chesterfield Township. However, no reports have been made since March.
