Teen missing out of Dearborn found safe in Royal Oak
Charles Foster hadn't been seen by family since he left home on Saturday
No description foundDEARBORN, Mich. – Dearborn police say a 16-year-old boy who had been missing since Saturday has been found safe in Royal Oak.
Charles Foster's family and police had issued pleas to the public for help bring him home.
Foster, who has a history of running away, also has autism and bi-polar disorder.
Police said he was spotted by a passerby Wednesday morning walking in the area of 12 Mile and Campbell roads.
He has been reunited with his family.
