BUFFALO, NY – It's one thing to have an image of Miley Cyrus burned into your memory, but it's entirely different to permanently mark your body with it.
Cyrus' naked image is now officially a tattoo. The inked image mimics the pop artist swinging-on-a-wrecking-ball-while-naked video antics. And, of course, Miley's infamous tongue is once again sticking out for no apparent reason.
The person who played the canvas for this work of art is unknown, but the artist himself has been identified as Scott Howard from Buffalo, NY.
Howard posted on his Facebook page that he did the work on October 1 for "some poor kid."
