"We have brought one of you over to the correct side of the podium," Duggan joked as he introduced Wiley to media members on Wednesday.
Wiley has worked with Fox 2 since 2009.
"This is a city that has so many amazing things about it and one of the things that I've loved the most are the people," said Wiley. "I am so excited to be joining an administration that really wants to partner with them."
