Couple pleads guilty to charges in murder of Plymouth Township man

PLYMOUTH TOWNSHIP, Mich. – Andrew Nutt, of Westland, and Mariah Pisarski, of Wayne, both pled guilty to charges connected to the death of Kenneth Labita of Plymouth Township.

Nutt pled guilty to second degree murder and felony firearm. The agreement calls for a sentence of 27-60 years in prison.

Pisarski pled guilty to accessory after the fact and larceny of firearms. The agreement calls for a sentence of 2-5 years in prison.

The couple were accused of killing Labita and stealing cash and guns from his home on Oct. 24. Labita's body was found three days later when police went to check on him.
