Bank robbery attempted in Pittsfield Township No description found
PITTSFIELD TOWNSHIP, Mich. – A man attempted to rob a bank Friday in Pittsfield Township but left empty handed.
Police responded to the Comerica bank on Carpenter Road around 2:30 p.m.
The man asked the teller for money but fled the scene without taking anything.
No one was injured.
The man is black in his 50s, between 5 foot 8 inches and 5 foot 10 inches tall with a medium build. At the time of the robbery he wore a khaki colored button-down shirt with dark pants and a Detroit Tigers baseball cap with the old English D.
Anyone with information in this attempted robbery is asked to contact authorities.
