Police search for missing 14-year-old Detroit girl Emani Bates missing since midnight Saturday No description found
DETROIT – Officials are searching for a 14-year-old girl who went missing from her Detroit home at midnight Saturday.
Emani Bates was last seen at her home in the 17600 block of Trinity. Her mother said she punished Emani and believes this is why she ran away from home.
Emani’s mother said this is the first time she has ever ran away from home.
Emani is 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs 135 pounds. She was last seen wearing a red and black tie-dyed shirt, light blue pants and red Puma shoes.
Emani is in good physical and mental condition.
