The primary duty of most superheroes is to save the world. Well, not so much if you're a girl - at least, according to critics of the shirt. Target Australia is under fire for selling a $12 tee, which insinuates that girl super heroes should be doing chores around the house prior to helping keep the world safe.

On the shirt, Batgirl's "to do list," rattles off her apparent priorities: dry cleaning her clothes and washing the car, then fighting crime and saving the world. Sorry, Gotham - those lives in danger can wait! Batgirl has a stain on her shirt and the dry cleaner closes at five.

The shirt, which is intended for girls ages two to seven, is being heavily criticized on Target Australia's Facebook page.
