We have a happy update to a story about Boo Boo the dog ... he has been adopted!
You might remember Boo Boo was found injured and abandoned with severe injury to his eye which had to be removed.
We just confirmed with Macomb County Animal Control that BooBoo has been adopted by the Stochowiack family.
They've had Boo Boo for two days now and say he's doing well.
They hadn't heard about what happened to him before adopting him, but instantly fell in love with him at an adoption event by the Canine Companions Rescue Center .
