DETROIT – President-elect Donald Trump has tapped a Detroit pastor to give the benediction at his January inauguration.
Bishop Wayne T. Jackson from Great Faith Ministries International made headlines in September when he invited Donald Trump to be a guest at Sunday services. Trump came during the service and then sat down for an interview with Bishop Jackson for his TV network.

Now Jackson has been invited along with several other high profile members of the faith community to take part in the inauguration. "It is a mind blowing experience to be giving the benediction after everything is said and done --I'm pretty much the last voice," Jackson said.
He says he's already written the benediction. "I can put it this way, it's going to be a benediction of love, unity, togetherness and healing."
