Federal investigators said between January 8, 2013 and September 15, 2016 Frame "did knowingly receive child pornography" and "did knowingly possess material containing child pornography."
If Frame does enter a guilty plea agreement he must agree to a list of forfeitures -- view here.
Frame already is scheduled to head to trial in May for five counts of possessing child sexually abusive material and one count of using a computer to commit a crime in Macomb County. Those charges were announced in January 2016.
