Carhartt and '47 bring new gear to Detroit Tigers baseball fans

A partnership between Carhartt and ’47, a sports lifestyle brand, will bring new gear to Detroit Tigers fans this baseball season.

The OUTWORK x OUTROOT collaboration was launched Friday, the day of the Tigers home opener against the Boston Red Sox.

The gear focuses exclusively on the Tigers and the Red Sox.

“Detroit and Boston feature two of the hardest-working, most passionate fan bases in all of baseball,” said Brian Bennett, Carhartt’s vice president of brand creative.

In addition to the products, ’47 and Carhartt will share stories from craftsmen and tradespeople living and working in Boston and Detroit during the 2017 Major League Baseball season. The stories will show what it means to “outwork and outroot” them all.

Detroit fans can purchase apparel and headwear featuring the Tigers logo at Comerica Park and Carhartt’s Detroit store, or online at 47Brand.com and Carhartt.com. Items featuring the Red Sox are available for purchase at Fenway Park in Boston and online.
