The 28-year-old victim was the first person to take the stand at the preliminary hearing and the 911 call was played near the end of her testimony.
The victim told the emergency operator that she was running through the trials in Hines Park when she was attacked and nearly raped.
The operator asked her why she was saying he tried to rape her. The victim replied, “Because he tackled me while I was running and tried to pull my pants down.”
