BLOOMFIELD TOWNSHIP, Mich. – Police in Bloomfield Township are asking for help identifying a woman who was struck and killed by a van Friday.
Police said a 2014 Dodge Caravan driven by a 61-year-old woman from Hazel Park struck the woman while traveling north on Woodward Avenue at about 5:30 a.m. The woman was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police said alcohol and speed do not appear to be factors. The woman was in the road, police said.
The woman is believed to be 30 to 40 years old. She has blonde hair and blue eyes. She is 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs 176 pounds.
She has “Tears of a Clown” tattooed on her right shoulder and large wings tattooed on her back, as well as two tattoos on her left hand.
