21-year-old woman stabbed in back outside Detroit's Whole Foods

DETROIT – A 21-year-old woman was stabbed Sunday night outside Whole Foods in Midtown Detroit after an argument with her boyfriend’s child’s mother.

According to police, the 21-year-old woman was stabbed in the back at about 10:40 p.m. outside the Whole Foods on Woodward Avenue.

Police said the 21-year-old victim was arguing with her boyfriend’s child’s mother and the mother’s friend before she was stabbed. The mother is 18 years old and her friend is 19.

No one was taken into custody.

The victims suffered non-fatal stab wounds.
