At least 50 people were killed in a shooting on the Las Vegas strip early Monday morning, Las Vegas Metro Police Sheriff Joseph Lombardo told reporters. Lombardo said at least 200 people have been injured.

The shootings occurred Sunday night across from the Mandalay Bay hotel and resort on the Las Vegas strip. The injured were attending a Route 91 Harvest country music festival performance by country music star Jason Aldean.
