Airbnb changes guest policy after 5 killed at Halloween house party

New changes are coming to Airbnb’s policies after a house party at one of its rental homes in California ended with five people dead.

Under the new policy, “party houses” are banned and a more strict guest screening program will be introduced.

The company is also creating a party house rapid response team.

Anyone who violates the new policies could be removed.

The shooting that occurred near San Francisco is still under investigation. Officials are unsure what led up to the shooting and no arrests have been made.
