Sean “Diddy” Combs has been ordered to pay Michigan prisoner Derrick Lee Cardello-Smith a $100 million default judgement after failing to dispute sexual assault allegations.
51-year-old Cardello-Smith filed a lawsuit accusing Combs of drugging and sexually assaulting him at a party in Detroit in 1997.

Combs was due to appear in Lenawee Circuit Court for a virtual hearing Monday, Sept. 9 but failed to show up.
A judge awarded Cardello-Smith a multi-million default judgment.
