Shelby Township police seek missing 16-year-old believed to be in Indiana

SHELBY TOWNSHIP, Mich. – Police are looking for a 16-year-old girl missing from Shelby Township.

According to authorities, Mariah Smith was last seen Saturday, May 10, near the intersection of Dequindre and Hamlin roads.

Police believe she might be in Fort Wayne, Indiana, due to a cell phone ping.

Anyone who has seen Mariah Smith or knows her whereabouts is asked to contact the Shelby Township Police Department at 586-731-2121, ext. 449.
