Man and woman shot to death in Detroit’s west side, suspect in custody

DETROIT – Detroit police are investigating a deadly double shooting early Friday morning.

The shooting happened at around 12:30 a.m. On Feb. 14, 2025, in the 15300 block of Coyle.

According to police, the victims are an adult man and woman, and a suspect is in custody.

Details on a motive for the shooting have not yet been released.
