STERLING HEIGHTS, Mich. – Police in Sterling Heights are looking for the driver of a Chevrolet Trax that could have been involved in a crash that critically injured a motorcyclist.
It happened just before 11 p.m. Friday, June 6, on Metropolitan Parkway, just east of Dequindre Road.

According to authorities, two eastbound motorcycles were on Metropolitan Parkway when one of the riders was ejected and sustained significant injuries. First responders rushed him to a hospital, where he is being treated for life-threatening injuries.
Metropolitan Parkway was closed until roughly 3 a.m. as officials investigated the crash. Two vehicles at the scene were impounded for further examination.
Police said they are still looking for a 2014 Chevrolet Trax that could have been involved in the collision.
