After a brief stop where officers observed signs of intoxication from the adult man driver, the vehicle suddenly fled, initiating the pursuit.

Officers successfully deployed tire-deflation devices at 8 Mile and Schoenherr roads.

The pursuit continued to the area of 7 Mile Road near Boulder Avenue, where the Ford crashed in an alley.

The driver and a woman passenger attempted to flee on foot but were apprehended.
