Calling coffee lovers!
The search is on for Starbucks Global Coffee Creators until June 13.
Starbucks is on the hunt for two coffee-obsessed storytellers to travel the globe and capture the artistry that goes into every cup of joe.
The coffee giant is looking for two talented content creators: one current Starbucks partner (employee) and one external candidate. Ideal applicants should have a passion for Starbucks, coffee, culture, and community.
The selected creators will embark on a journey to unique Starbucks locations worldwide, documenting their experiences on social media. From the lush coffee fields of the Starbucks Hacienda Alsacia in Costa Rica to the iconic Starbucks Reserve Roastery in Milan, and the stunning coffeehouses in Tokyo, storytellers will highlight the meticulous care and craft that goes into every cup of Starbucks coffee. They will also showcase the diverse Starbucks experiences found in communities around the world.
These are paid, full-time roles for a duration of 12 months, with all travel costs covered. Additionally, travel support will be provided by Delta Air Lines and Marriott Bonvoy.
Applicants must be at least 18 years old and be able to travel internationally from August 2025 through July 2026. No college degree or prior professional experience is required. The role offers a competitive salary range of $80,100 to $136,000 annually and is eligible for bonuses.
To apply for the role, candidates must post a video on TikTok using the hashtag #StarbucksGlobalCoffeeCreator telling Starbucks why you – a coffee-obsessed, chronically online, world traveler – are the right fit for the job. The application window closes June 13.
