All of these have one common denominator, it’s time for the maize & blue faithful to gather in the Big House for the 146th season of Michigan Football.
To go along with the fresh new season at the stadium is a winged helmet full of new food and drink options to fuel Michigan fans of all ages.
Here’s what “Sodexo Live!” the official concessions vendor for University of Michigan Athletics has cooked up for the 2025 season.
New menu items on the Upper & Lower Main Concourse:
Mitten Burger & Fries: Michigan’s favorite olive burger with house-made cheddar-olive spread.
Chicken & Waffle Bowl: Blueberry-cinnamon glazed tempura chicken bites in crispy waffle bowl.
Footlong Currywurst: Dearborn Brand knockwurst on a footlong bun with curried ketchup, tart apple slaw and crispy potato sticks.
Chicken Shawarma: Shawarma-spiced grilled chicken with Moroccan cucumber relish in a warm naan, served with za’atar kettle chips.
Cherry Bomb: Chicken meatball with curried apple and cherry gastrique.
Founders Brewing Company Brat: 1/3-pound jumbo brat, maple mustard, tart apple relish, crispy pickle-jalapeño mix.
Beef Barbacoa Torta: Modelo-braised beef barbacoa with pickled red onions and crumbled Mexican cheese.
Loaded Funnel Cake: Dusted with cinnamon sugar, drizzled in cherry-chocolate sauce, topped with maize & blue sprinkles and fried apple chips.

Blood Mary Deviled Eggs: Cage-free eggs with tomato, horseradish, Old Bay, celery salt, spicy pickle chip.
Smoked Salmon Dip: House-smoked salmon, lemon dill cream cheese, bagel chips, cucumbers, watermelon radish, crackers, crostini.
Mediterranean Mezze Platter: Baba ghanoush, harissa hummus, roasted carrot dip, grilled pita. Vegan and gluten free.
Bazaar Michigan Baby Carrots: El honout spice, lemon za’atar herb yogurt, Michigan cherries.
Chorizo Skillet Queso Fundido: Creamy queso blanco, chorizo, green chile, maize & blue chips.

A reminder from University of Michigan Athletics: “All transactions at concession stands in Michigan Stadium are cashless and contactless in an effort to contribute to a safer game day environment and improve the fan experience by increasing the speed of service and decreasing wait times. Purchases can be made with debit or credit cards or mobile payment services such as Google Pay and Apple Pay.”
Michigan Stadium Alcohol Policy: “Alcoholic beverages will be sold at select locations throughout the stadium on the outer perimeter of the concourse. Water and other food items will also be available for purchase at all locations where alcohol is sold. Alcohol will not be available for purchase in the student section. As a reminder, alcohol sales will begin one hour before the announced kick-off time and last until the start of the 4th quarter, at which time sales will discontinue.”
A special perk for select fans: “University of Michigan Credit Union Block M or Winged Helmet Debit Card holders receive 10% off Souvenir Sodas and Popped Maize at Michigan Stadium. Patrons must pay with either card at time of transaction to receive the discount. Offer does not work at autonomous check-out locations.”
