He reportedly was heard saying, “Do you want to get shot?” before leaving in his truck.

Police said several 911 callers then reported seeing someone driving a truck recklessly and waving a gun before crashing.

When police arrived at the reported crash scene, they found the truck on fire in a wooded area.

Sounds of gunshots and ammunition were heard coming from the truck, so police sent a drone and armored tactical cars to it.

A 40-year-old man from Gregory was found dead in the truck.

The cause of the driver’s death is pending.
