ANN ARBOR, Mich. – More spots for students to live near University of Michigan are available. Subtext, a national real estate company focused on elevating the resident experience have opened VERVE Ann Arbor.
The complex is a 12-story, 741-bed student housing development near the University of Michigan. It’s located at 721 South Forest St. and includes 217 units ranging from studios to six-bedroom layouts.
VERVE Ann Arbor features a ground-level, full-service lobby coffee shop operated by local favorite, Misfit Society Coffee Club.
