Port Huron man, woman charged after police seize cocaine, meth, heroin in raid

Police said the operation was part of an ongoing investigation

PORT HURON, Mich. – A man and a woman were charged after the police seized cocaine, meth, and heroin in a raid in Port Huron.

The Port Huron Drug Task Force said they executed a search warrant on Tuesday (Sept. 23) in the 1300 block of Miller Street at 5 p.m.

Police said the operation was part of an ongoing investigation.

During the search, officers said they found cocaine, methamphetamine, heroin, and analogues.

Joshua Spencer, 40, and Jennifer Dykeman, 42, were arrested at the scene.

Spencer faces multiple felony charges, including possession with intent to deliver cocaine, methamphetamine, and heroin, as well as maintaining a drug house.

His bond was set at $50,000 cash or surety with 10% during his arraignment on Sept. 25, 2025.

Dykeman was charged with possession with intent to deliver cocaine (less than 50 grams, two counts), possession of cocaine (less than 25 grams), and possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine.

Her bond was set at $25,000 cash or surety, with 10% at her arraignment on Sept. 25, 2025.
