Local 4 teams up with Gleaners, Ford Philanthropy to help feed families for Thanksgiving Ford Philanthropy matching donations to Gleaners

DETROIT – Local 4 is teaming up with Gleaners and Ford Philanthropy to help make sure families in Southeast Michigan are having a happy Thanksgiving.
From now through Nov. 18, 2025, every dollar donated to Gleaners will be matched by Ford Philanthropy, which means each dollar provides six meals.
This comes at a time when many households are facing a sudden loss of resources.
It can help make sure that kids, families, seniors, and veterans across the area have a happy, not hungry, Thanksgiving.
