One message reportedly read, “When this starts to happen you’ll know why,” accompanied by a photo of a person firing a gun near the driver’s seat of a police cruiser.

On Nov. 6, Andrew Roberts was charged with false report or threat of terrorism and using a computer to commit a crime.

He was charged as a habitual offender, fourth offense.

Roberts’ bond was set at $500,000. If paid, he is prohibited from contacting judges, court employees, and anyone involved in his case.

Authorities said he was charged separately with resisting and obstructing for actions made while he was being arrested. His bond was set at $100,000.

He is scheduled to return to court Nov. 19.
