DETROIT – The Capuchin Soup Kitchen is scrambling to help those in need this Thanksgiving. You can help support that mission and make your own holiday a little bit easier at the same time.
The CSK offers catered dinner packages that are pre-cooked. You just need to heat and serve on the big day.

The meal (see below) includes just about all the traditional fixings. The prices range from $225 to $450 for the biggest antibiotic and hormone-free turkeys.
Remember, proceeds benefit the Soup Kitchen.
The deadline to order the meals is Monday, Nov. 17, at noon, with no exceptions. Call Alison Costello at 313-579-211, extension 2205.
Pickups will take place Wednesday, Nov. 26 between the hours of noon and 3 p.m.
Enter through the front doors only and exit through the back kitchen door. You can pay by cash or check.
For those in need, the Capuchin Soup Kitchen will be giving away food boxes on Nov. 18 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Plus, it will serve meals on the actual holiday (Nov. 28) for breakfast and dinner.

- 1 pint house made cranberry orange relish
- 1 dozen rolls
- 1 pint real whipped cream
- 2 pies (mix & match), pumpkin, sweet potato, apple crumb
