With the new year here, many of us are thinking about getting our health back on track.
That could include eating healthier or getting some exercise outside, like hitting the track in downtown Mt. Clemens.
According to a recent survey from Statista, exercising more is the top New Year’s resolution for 2026, with nearly half of U.S. adults committing to it.
Following close behind are goals to eat healthier at 45% and lose weight at 31%.
After a season of holiday indulgences, it’s a perfect time to focus on making small, realistic changes that can make a big difference.
