According to a new survey from RE/MAX, about 88% of prospective home buyers plan to buy a home this year despite delays caused by high costs and economic uncertainty.
Buyers are looking for more than just a house; they want neighborhoods with safety, community and access to amenities like grocery stores, parks and restaurants.
Younger generations, like Gen Z and Millennials, are willing to pay more for shared amenities to build that sense of community
Safety, affordability and convenience to work and schools are top priorities.
