The charges stem from the death of Roger Willie. On Oct. 2, 2025, police were dispatched to the home where Willie and Briscoe-Hall lived after reports of a shooting.

First responders reportedly found Willie unresponsive inside the home, bleeding from several gunshot wounds. He was taken to a hospital, where he later died from his injuries.

Briscoe-Hall was taken into custody at the scene.

On Wednesday, Jan. 7, 2026, Briscoe-Hall was bound over to circuit court on all charges. He is expected to be arraigned Jan. 20.
