“Blue Monday” in 2026 is on Jan. 19 -- it’s also known as one of the most depressing days of the year. It typically falls on the third Monday in January.

By now, a lot of people have given up on their New Year’s Resolutions and are in a post-holiday slump. And, of course, the weather does not help.

Blue Monday is not based on science whatsoever, but the idea does resonate with people.
