Body found wrapped up in Detroit, police searching for suspect Officers discover body near home on Hershey Street
DETROIT – A woman’s body was found wrapped up in Detroit Sunday evening.
The woman was found around 6 p.m. on Feb. 8, 2026. Officers on patrol discovered her body near a home in the 1900 block of Hershey Street.
According to police, her body was wrapped up when officers found her.
The Detroit Police Department’s homicide unit is investigating. Police have not identified a suspect.
