MACOMB COUNTY, Mich. – Macomb County Prosecutor Peter J. Lucido announced that Jordan Curtis, 31, of Warren, was arraigned on an assault with intent ot murder charge related to the alleged stabbing of his ex-wife’s fiancé.
The alleged stabbing occurred on Feb. 7, 2026, when Curtis went to his ex-wife’s residence to pick up their children.

Her fiancé went outside to speak with him, where Curtis allegedly stabbed the man multiple times.
Curtis was arraigned on Monday, Feb. 9, in the 37th District Court in Warren on a charge of assault with intent to murder, a felony punishable by life or any term of years.
The 31-year-old man’s bond was set at $500,000 cash/surety only.
If released, Curtis must wear a GPS tether.
Curtis was ordered to have no contact with the complaining witnesses, the children, or their home.
He is scheduled for a probable cause conference on Thursday, Feb. 19, 2026, and a preliminary exam on Thursday, Feb. 26, 2026, both at 8:45 a.m. at the 37th District Court in Warren.
